If you're a first time buyer, living or working in Cardiff and you're finding it hard to afford a new home, Cardiff Council may be able to help you.

Our First Homes Cardiff Scheme helps first time buyers get onto the property ladder. The Scheme operates on a shared equity basis which means that you only have to get a mortgage for a percentage of the purchase price.
