On 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force, placing new restrictions on how organisations can hold and use your personal data and defining your rights with regard to that data.
As a result of the GDPR, we are not able to retain the contact details of those individuals that were on the previous Local Development Plan (LDP) databases used for the adopted LDP and the withdrawn Replacement LDP Up To 2031. Everyone wishing to be kept informed of the preparation of the new plan must register their interest by completing this form, even if your details were included on previous versions of the database and you have previously received correspondence on the LDP.

How will we use your information?
Caerphilly County Borough Council will use your information where you have requested that you wish to be informed about the progress of the LDP in order to notify you at each of the key stages in the plan preparation process.
Caerphilly County Borough Council requires your consent to process your information, which you
may withdraw at any time. It will be assumed that you have agreed to the Council retaining and using your details when you submit this form You have a number of rights in relation to the information including the right of access to information we hold about you, and the right of complaint if you are unhappy with the way your information is being processed.
