To join our customer research panel please answer the questions on the following pages. 
 
HM Land Registry (HMLR) will contact you to invite you to take part in research – usually surveys, telephone conversations, online discussion forums or focus groups.  
 
You may be contacted numerous times a year but there is never an obligation to take part. You can leave the panel at any time. 

HMLR’s Customer Insight Team manage the panel, and anonymise feedback given by panel members in the research projects. You may on occasion be contacted by other teams to take part in research. If so, the nature of the research, and who is running it, will be explained in the invitation issued to you.
Your feedback will ensure that our services and the way we deliver them are designed around customers. The research panel has been running since 2014. Members tell us that they enjoy taking part in our research and learning about new developments at HM Land Registry.   
Your details will only be used for research purposes and will be held in accordance with Data Protection and Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
